Since opening its doors in 2003, Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St. Vincent has been dedicated to providing extraordinary patient care for the children of Indiana. With a full range of pediatric services and state-of-the-art facilities, patients ranging in age from newborns to late adolescents receive comprehensive care. Becasue of the dedicated staff at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital, many kids with conditions that were a death sentence just years ago now have a fighting chance not only to survive, but to thrive.
Peyton Manning Children's Hospital offers the complete continuum of care to children of the Indianapolis community and beyond. It houses the first pediatric emergency room in the state of Indiana. With 15 Pediatric Intensive Care Unit beds and 46 private inpatient beds, the hospital serves as a vital resource for kids in need throughout Indiana and its border States. Pediatric specialists, nurses, therapists, social workers, chaplains, and allied health professionals dedicate their lives to giving our kids a chance to live theirs.
St. Vincent Women's Hospital is the largest comprehensive women's health service facility in Indiana, including:
- A 26-bed High-Risk Obstetrics Unit
- The region's first Level III C 85-bed Newborn Intensive Care Unit
- The largest group of Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians in Indiana
Most women delivering babies at St. Vincent Women's Hospital have a healthy, joyful birth experience. However, wehn an infant is born prematurely or with low birth weight, congenital birth defects, or other complications, a team of experienced neonatologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, respiratory therapists, developmental specialists, and lactation specialists provide immediate diagnosis and specialized care.
